Nokia are now in the process of revising their product distribution policy - the six sales regions which used to be grouped by their geographical location (e.g. Europe or USA) will be merged into two: West and East.
The changes will officially apply on January, 1 '2008. Three primary marketing departments are to emerge from the current company structure: Devices, Sotware & Services and Markets, replacing the four older formations which dealt respectively with phones, multimedia, corporate solutions and mobile operator hardware.
