Finally we are getting to know what the new Motorola A1600 MOTOMING handset will look like. A number of Chinese sites recently published a short info on the phone and a few photos. A1600 is an upgrade of A1200, which entered the market at the beginning of 2007 and enjoyed great popularity (at least in the borders of China). The new model is expected to draw even more attention, since the difference from the precursor isn't limited to design changes, the inside parts went through are massive revamping as well.

A1600 utilizes the Linux mobile operating system, a total of four GSM frequency bands are supported (850/900/1800/1900), a full support for GPRS included. Besides, the A1600 model will ship with a 3,2 Mp camera with auto-focus, a Wi-Fi module and a more powerful CPU.
