The Motorola company exploited the chance to their advantage, striking a deal with Ferrari to use that trademark in their new product, ironically being no more than a slightly redesigned Motorola Z8 which was first released a year ago. The only thing about Ferrari that the new Motorola Ferrari handset might boast is a couple of tiny design elements, the Ferrari logo, the name of the model itself and some desktop themes. As for the rest of features, nothing has changed from the original Motorola Z8. It's worth mentioning, though, that this is not the first collaboration between Motorola and Italian car manufacturers. The new handset will be available in Ferrari Store brand shops and a few European shops run by Motorola in the first quarter of 2008.
