Samsung P960 is the first DVB-H mobile phone in the world supporting both the European standards of mobile TV broadcasting: Digital Video Broadcast - Convergence of Broadcast and Mobile Service (DVB-CBMS) and Open Mobile Alliance Broadcast Service Enabler Suite (OMA-BCAST).

DVB-CBMS is a DVB-H standard initiated by the DVB Forum organization and based on the DVB-T broadcasting standard currently provided in Italy by the H3G, TI and Voda carriers. It is going to be available soon in France, Belgium, Poland and Russia. OMA-BCAST is a DVB-H standard developed by the OMA alliance and considered the next gen DVB-H-solution. It will be adopted soon in Netherlands and then in Germany, Switzerland and Austria.
