The Polaroid Company presented the PoGo (Polaroid to Go) mobile printer, formerly known under the codename of Zink. The gadget allows for printing 2 x 3 inch photos from a mobile phone via Bluetooth or from a camera via PictBridge, which frees you from the necessity to get connected to your PC.

  The Polaroid PoGo printer makes use of a thermal printing technology and doesn’t need ink. It requires just special photo paper called Zink Paper that costs about $10 for 30 sheets. It’s coated with special heat-activated crystals changing color when heated. One battery charge is enough for printing about 15 images. The gadget’s dimensions are 24х72х120 mm.

 Printing one photo takes justed a minute minute when connected via PictBridge and a minute and a half via Bluetooth. One cannot but mention the high quality of printed material.

The item is priced $149.
