Nokia N78 smartphone appeared in US retail and particularly in Chicago and New York stores.

Let’s remind that Nokia N78 is a Symbian S60 based smartphone operating in EGSM 850/900/1800/1900, UMTS 850/2100 networks. The gadget is supplied with a 3.2Mp camera with autofocusing, Carl Zeiss lens and additional CIF camera for video calls. Besides, there are a music player and an FM radio. Bluetooth with A2DP, USB, GPS and A-GPS, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g, TV output are also available. Battery life is up to 4 hours 20 minutes of talktime, up to 320 hours of standby.

 

The handset comes with three months of free navigation service included with Nokia Maps, which allows for computing the best route, navigating to the closest POI, getting direction information and so on.

 

The recommended retail price of the smartphone is about $560.
