The Tetra TPad smartphone was designed especially for emergency situations. It’s water and dust proof to IP65 rating and fully meets MIL-STD-810F standard for drops, vibration and temperature extremes.
The smartphone is based on the Intel Xscale PXA 263 CPU operating at a frequency of 40 MHz. The gadget is equipped with a 4” VGA-touchscreen, 16-digit alphanumeric keypad, Bluetooth, WiFi, GPS, Ethernet and USB, 64 Mb of RAM.
